I will only mention, because I saw the latest report on the fan is defective, I got the 1410 today and sure enough money LOUD fan noise. Replacement is traveling. I've been involved with the defect on the new Mini trackpad problems recognized by Toshiba Corp. (Toshiba manufacturing process problems, so it's back) and I hope we have a problem here, too MFG. Everything else on the 1410 seemed incredibly nice screen and keyboard. To build is a bit 'more plastic that the Toshiba and the trackpad is much smaller, but it blows the rest of the other netbooks out of the water and is about the same size and weight. Amazing! I will be more when the replacement arrives.
UPDATE: OK, the replacement came and is very quiet. Puh. Everything is beautiful, especially the screen, which is like a big TV screen than 1024×600 netbook. One small complaint is the incredible amount of junk software that you start the installation of yourself, scan your hard drive, Hawking updates, etc., as
